"Poor communication, poor customer care. Ordered a gift for Christmas - was never notified it wasn’t going to be in. Had to follow up numerous times, never proactively provided status. Checked in Sat, found product may be available at end of Apr, asked for overnight shipping to assure I have in time for Mothers Day. Was offered $15, the rest would be on me."

"Visited this boutique for the first time along with my daughter. We both picked out some lovely sleep and loungewear (4 separate ensembles for me!). The sales associate was very courteous and asked if I cared to try them on and I said “yes I would” since I live an hour away. She said their 1 dressing room was occupied so she’d hold onto my choices while I browsed. After nearly an hour and several apologies by the sales associate I was STILL WAITING for the dressing room! Another mother / daughter duo monopolized the 1 dressing room the ENTIRE TIME we were in the store, separately stepping in and out to pick out additional items for one another to try. I contemplated trying my choices on in a corner of this tiny store but by this point I was feeling so disenfranchised I finally gave up and left the store. I did let the sales associates know how disappointed I felt and I do believe they were embarrassed the 2 customers had literally camped out in their dressing room. I wish I’d been offered a restroom or even a corner of a storage area to try my items. I won’t waste my time again visiting this boutique, such a shame they really carry some high quality items."

"I am writing because I feel I’ve been sent under the bus with this company. I have always believed that the customer comes first. I’ve worked in retail, for the airlines and many other CS positions. It’s a known fact the customer is first in my mind. I made a purchase with this company that was to be ordered and delivered much farther out than I was communicated to about it. It was upsetting because I was expecting it much sooner. Words were exchanged after finding out the delay and for that it was not pleasant, but when management goes out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable about the entire transaction when you are supporting them by purchasing with them, well it is as unprofessional as it gets and in my opinion no management should ever place a customer on the spot for being upset at was a justifiable reason. Long story short. Tough situations and miscommunication happen, but as a company owner you never pass it along to your paying customers."

I received the gift card in a timely manner and was pleasantly surprised to see the personalized thank you card and business card included inside the envelope.
