"We had a leak in our master shower that necessitated tearing it out and putting in a new one. We decided we wanted to improve what we originally had from the builder, and we chose The Bath Shop as our vendor. We could not be happier! We worked with Allison Vinson and Jessica Castillo were the designers we worked directly with to make sure we could build what we were imagining, and they were very helpful in pointing us toward tile selections and helping us understand what could and could not be done with our shower space, including providing architectural drawings to help us visualize what the space would look like after installation! They spun us up very quickly, and were able to start installing our new shower and tile within a month of finalizing our design. Demo and install took 20 days from start to finish (they were not here every day), and I want to give a shout-out to everyone involved in the installation because they were all fantastic: Dave Swartzel, our project manager; Daniel and David, who were on the demo team (and David also did some drywall / painting / groutwork for us); Tommy, our plumber; Willie and Jay, who did the tilework; Gaston, who painted our bathroom; and Alex and Jerry, who installed our sliding glass door. We ran into some trouble with our glass door installation, the door vendor was trying a new product and it just didn't really work, causing a delay of about 4 weeks between the time everything but the door was done and when the door got finally installed. During that delay, we worked with Travis, the operations manager, and Edwin, the glass team overseer, as well as Dave our project manager. I was thrilled at the professionalism, communication, and responsiveness of this team to the delay. There was no trying to pass the buck or avoid responsibility, they were just as frustrated as we were, and they worked diligently to minimize the delay in completing our project. You can see our beautiful shower and floor from the pictures I've attached to this review. This was unquestionably, for me and my wife, money well-spent. The work was phenomenal and I will be using them again for any bathroom remodels I want to do in the future, and will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who wants to remodel their bathroom."

"The Bath Shop was an excellent business to work with for our master bathroom remodel. Stephanie, our project coordinator, accompanied/guided us on our many trips to styles, tiles, color schemes and floorplan layouts. David, who worked with us during the installation, was responsive to our requests and gave us updates as our bathroom was transformed from house builder basic to rustic chic. The finished product is top quality and now, no exaggeration necessary, our master bath is my favorite room in the house. When it comes to bring the guest bathroom up to the new standard, we will go directly to the Bath Shop for the work."

"Highly recommend The Bath Shop! Our previous shower had been leaking and caused some water damage, so we were in the market for a bathroom remodeling company. We got quotes and talked to several companies throughout the Raleigh area. The Bath Shop was exactly what we were looking for in a remodeling company. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with during the design process. Took about two months to get supplies ordered/delivered...renovations started shortly after that. The whole demo/install/tiling process took only 12 days of work! Then, after that I just had to wait for the vanity countertop and shower glass to be ready. Alex and the Bath Shop team did such a fantastic job installing everything. Bathroom looks amazing, I love it so much!!"

"My kitchen came out absolutely gorgeous and I am really really happy with the results. I spend a lot of time in my kitchen; cooking and eating of course, but also laptop time, and it seems to be the central gathering place when friends are over. I love having such a beautiful space to hang in. My kitchen had a functional layout before, but I’m glad I had the ability to tweak the things that weren’t working and add more functionality like the wine rack in the bar area and a cool pull out for the liquor bottles that we never seemed to have storage for before. So the process took longer than anticipated. We ran into a few hangups like slow delivery with the cabinets, and tile shortages, but The Bath Shop was great about solving any issues that came up. My project manager was really quick to respond to any issues. The subcontractors were very conscientious and did excellent work. No sledgehammer demo here. They meticulously removed the old cabinets and countertops so they could be donated. They also sought my input through the entire process to make sure I was happy with the product. Overall I would definitely recommend The Bath Shop for any kitchen remodel and will probably use them in the future for bathroom remodels."

"We used The Bath Shop back in 2017 for remodeling (major) our master bath. In 2021 we used them again for a major kitchen remodel that involved removing a wall to combine kitchen and dining room to make a huge kitchen space. Obviously we would not have used these guys for the kitchen if we were not very happy with the bathroom project. Also in my younger years I used to remodel homes so I do have some level of knowledge. It was also good to see some of the same people still working there in 2021 who were there in 2017. Some of the qualities that impressed us: - responsive from initial bid all the way through completion (how many contractors even bother to return calls these days). - complete and accurate quoting process that did not leave gaps that lead to unforeseen cost ups down the road. These guys have done enough projects to have it down to a science. - amazing design staff (a shout out to Stephanie who designed both our bathroom in 2017 and kitchen in 2021). - they personally accompany you to pick out tile, Countertops , and even fixtures. - they showed up every day on time. - they don’t start until all materials are in hand (a challenge in 2021). - they completed exactly on the quoted schedule. - dedicated project management staff will be assigned to every project."
