"We needed a custom cabinet made and Giovanni listened to us and gave us exactly want we needed. He kept us informed at every step of the process and included renderings of what the final product would look like. During the installation process, we had a power loss due to a storm. Giovanni was able to complete the job using his battery operated tools. He then left us two lights and two extra batteries to see us through the storm. He was concerned that two batteries might not be enough so he drove to his shop, picked up two more, and drove back to our home in the pouring rain just to make sure we had plenty of batteries to last out the storm. He really went way beyond to help us out! I highly recommend Giovanni as he is a master craftsman who cares about his product and his service."
