"I had a 2bedroom/2bath room which included king and 2 twins, kitchen was very old and in much need of upgrades. The flooring throughout the whole room was wavy as if wood under carpet was rotted. Room key is an actual key. The only water amenities was one outdoor pool that goes to 8ft. which was closed. A safe is in the room. I have stayed in many resorts in the area and I wouldn’t stay here again, it’s worth the extra money to go somewhere else."

"Found this quiet ocean front hideaway for a last minute getaway last week. While the property is SUPER DATED. The view of the ocean is amazing. This 2 bedroom cottage was fully furnished and clean. Cons - Furniture is dated - Bed linens were dated - Bathroom towels were dated, thin, and had someone else's hair in them - Simple repairs have gone unrepaired - Rust in and on the refrigerator - Cold water in master bathroom knob was faulty - No washer and dryer in unit - Patio furniture faded - Rust and decay on patio screen door - Check in location at Beach house about approximately a half mile away (not informed until I was on the property) - When extra linens was requested I was informed to come to Beach House to get. - Limited cable channels - Garbage disposal smelly - Ceiling had patches of material hanging from it Pros - Quiet - Great location - Wonderful views - Professional staff - No bugs - All Kitchen Appliances - Balcony - Washer dryer unit on site - Direct access to the beach - Close to shopping locations to buy new towels :) - Close enough to the ocean to hear the waves crash with the windows closed - Smart tv's - Elevator - Pool (although closed during my visit) - Updated thermostat - Updated stove and microwave"

"Doesn’t look like much from the outside. Clean, enjoyable rooms on the inside. Good view of the beach if you get one of those rooms. No amenities besides the pool. Pool is great, goes to 8 ft. Spacious sun deck, beach is literally few steps from the pool."

"This is a great place to stay! Quiet, private, and right on the beach. We stayed in 1A and I felt as if I could reach out and touch the ocean from the king bed in the matter bedroom. There's a small outdoor pool. There's a small park across the street. Walkable streets. This is a hidden gem in a residential area that is close to all the attractions."

"Great location and enjoyed the view of ocean. Every unit has a beach view. The staff and housekeeping were very accommodating and prompt attention was given for our requests. The room with the small single beds seemed a little cramped but was okay. It was off-season but enjoyed our stay and close to shopping and dining although the major tourist buffets were closed or limited days and hours. But the beach was great with lots of shells to pick."
