"We had seen some older reviews so weren’t sure what to expect but we loved it. It was nice, clean and well stocked, the view from the balcony was beautiful and the staff were so very nice. We were there for a new owners class and that was very well organized and we enjoyed our stay very much. Only complaint at all if the walls are a bit thin."

Despite disclosing our income of less than $50,000, they proceeded with the booking, only to inform us later that we didn't meet their requirements. Subsequently, they declined to issue a refund due to the elapsed 30-day period. It's evident that this company prioritizes financial gain over customer care. I urge you to exercise caution and reconsider any potential investment in a timeshare with them. Their actions reflect a concerning lack of consideration for their customers' well-being."

"Original owners at Stormy Point since 2008, what a shame it is now managed/owned by Capital Vacations. For $15,000.00 plus dollars and fees of $100.00 a month we could buy into their points system and then give our contract back to them when we no longer wanted it. Otherwise, when we died, they would hunt our children down as they would inherit our deeded interest in Stormy Point. SERIOUSLY??? Also, if we didn't buy the offered package, our maintenance fees would increase by thousands of dollars. Everyone needs to make a living but, how do these people sleep nights? We love the fact that at SP you stay in an actual house and the nautical theme is appealing but, Capital Vacations is a "scam" company, in my opinion. PLEASE, PLEASE do not fall for their "have I got a deal for you". They are well seasoned "con artists" They also do not know how to tell time. Our 60 to 90 minute presentation lasted almost 4 ours. BOHICA!"

"Capitols' property located at Lodges at Pigeon Forge can be best described as High-quality customer service is believed to be the minimum guests expect, and always will be. Polite, approachable, helpful, and pleasant staff are a given standard for quality customer service, In the true sense, this resort can be typified as" A vacation resort - place, that provides its customer r with almost everything he or she need, more so the very close shopping, and activities @ Pigeon Forge. Some resorts are hotels with amenities, while others are a collection of supporting businesses around a main hotel to which I refer to as absolute convenience."

"We had heard about this place and wanted to give it a try.. We paid a lot of money for three nights and was given 2 bedroom #17,. My wife and grand-kids tormented me the whole time about the lovely view from this place being the sewer plant. That and the ants up on the counter every time we had food.. You add to all this that before we even got into our place I was talked into paying up front to stay again in the future.. That is on me and I'll eat that cost for not waiting to see what we was in for.. We only stayed two of the three nights, not related to but for the above mentioned not disappointed for having to leave early.. With all do respect, I personally have no desire to go back to Stormy Point.."
