"We had a horrible experience after purchasing our items from Sleep Number at the Capital Blvd location. After our Sept 2023 purchase we had issues and were on our own its now Jan 2024 still haven't enjoyed our purchase. However out of desperation we stopped by the Sleep Numbet store in Wake Forest for help. We met Tanner who listened carefully to our issues knowing he would not benefit from the time spent with us he treated us like valued customers. At this time we are waiting for an exchange upgrade and damage claim for terrible delivery service. If you must shop at Sleep Number I highly recommend using "Tanner" at the Wake Forest location. I wish he could have gotten commission for our sale."
