"Tammy in custom framing is angel sent from heaven above. I had never been into a Michaels before today. Never had a reason to. I went to custom framing I was a little dismayed by having to wait so long but that was because Tammy never rushed with dealing with a customer. When it was my turn she was honest straight forward about what to expect and figured out a solution to my problem that would meet my time demands and budget. I have never experienced customer service at this level. I am currently looking for other excuses to go to a Michaels store."
