"Bait and switch place. I went in to check prices for a battery for my cordless tools. Guy shows me a deal says if i buy 2 batteries i can get some free tools with it. They check it out with customer service and customer service says its all good. They have big signs up showing this deal so i agree to buy a second battery. I go pick the tools i want for the deal. Go up with them to the register and they make me stand around for 30 minutes saying they need some manager to finish the deal. Finally they come back and say the manager says they are no longer honoring the deal so i can buy full price try to go online or leave. Guys are clearly running a bait and switch scam here go to lowes."

"Ralph was incredibly helpful! I needed to get a drill and he was knowledgeable on all the brand's carried in store and made a wonderful recommendation! All of the employees I encountered were polite and seemed happy to be at work. The store was clean and we'll staffed. You can tell employees are appreciated at this location even around such an insane time of year."

"Made 2 visits there to make paint choices, then purchase paint. $400 worth. 1st visit was great. 2nd visit....I had to beg for assistance and they were not even busy. Seriously, I don't complain much but it was a horrible experience. I would suggest Lowe's, just across the street. The only person who treated me decent and was helpful was the woman who checked me out. I think her name was Carman. She was wonderful and apologized for what I had to endure."

"Today my husband and I went to Home Depot in Wake Forest for several items. Upon checking out I did ask about the military discount and was asked if we had registered??????? My husband has the required discharge DD 214 listed on his drivers license. We were told that if we haven’t registered with them she couldn’t give us the $8.00 discount. We use this all the time at any Lowe’s and have NEVER been asked if we were registered!!!! Never again will we shop at a Home Depot and I am tearing up my Home Depot credit card!!!!!"
