"I called this store and inquired about purchasing some pillows for new patio I recently purchased. The young lady that answered the telephone told me to come down and she would show me what they had to offer. When I arrived the owner was less than pleasant. She pointed in the general direction and offered no assistance nor asked any qualifying questions to properly assist me. I did not take the time to look and decided to go to another high line outdoor furniture store that appreciates my business. I’d highly recommend the same for anyone looking to be treated like a customer. September 1, 2023"

"We had a lovely experience buying an outdoor table and chairs for our deck. The saleslady who helped us was very professional and nice. Due to long delivery times with the supply chain issues (6+ months) we picked something out of the "sale" section, that could be delivered immediately. They had a fairly good selection, and the saleslady steered us towards a set outside of the sale section but which could be purchased as is. It was delivered directly to my back porch in a few days! We love our new set and plan to go back for a console, and to order custom cushions. I have a Summer Classics couch in my screened in porch and it is so comfortable we have fallen asleep on it many times! The prices are higher than the "big box" stores, but the quality is exceptional and far superior. Highly recommended!"
"Summer Classics My review is solely on the level of customer service during our time with SC. We went into SC in late May to purchase some lawn furniture. We found some we liked, so we sat down with Deanne and she put together what we decided we wanted. At which time she gave us a price. It was during this time we were told we had no choice but to use their delivery service at the cost of $200. So we paid half of our agreed price. Which we weren’t thrilled about, since we had our own option of transportation. So we waited the allotted time frame that Deanne gave us, and the only communications ever got from her was an email, saying our furniture was indeed delayed. Finally I called and asked if our furniture was ready, and told yes, it was ready (and had been ready) and we’d be contacted by the furniture delivery service. Which the furniture delivery service people called and we set up a time for them to deliver our furniture. A day later I get an email from Deanne telling me I need to call SC and give them our card number to pay off the rest of our bill. I disregarded the email as I wanted to first get our furniture, second see it was what we ordered and no damage in delivery. Which seemed reasonable to me. Then a few days later I got a call from a gal named Alex from SC asking me for my card number. I told her I would indeed call them when our furniture was delivered and give them my card number, which she said okay. Then I got a voice message from Mike Sherman saying he was going to cancel my delivery as it’s their store policy that we pay in full before delivery. Said it was stated on the back of our sales receipt. I was very shocked as Deanne never mentioned this. And I never looked on the back of my receipt, never noticed any writing to be honest. I was especially taken aback at the abrupt “I will go ahead and cancel your delivery” left on our voice mail. The furniture is acceptable (albeit expensive), but we are “under-whelmed” by the customer care we received. First we were told it was delayed (after putting 50% down), then we weren’t informed when it did arrive (we had to call to find out), then we were informed we had to pay the balance before we even saw the furniture. For a “high end” patio furniture store, we were surprised at their approach to the customer. Oh well, we live and learn. ◦ Attached is a photo of the invoice with the “fine print”. Note it isn’t signed by us, not surprised we didn’t notice it. "
"Be careful here. We were told one price for something on clearance and agreed to pay that price but when we went to pay we were told that a “mistake” had been made and the price was $2000 higher. We argued that they should honor the agreed price but they refused. Very unprofessional on their part, in my opinion."
