Together Resorts - Myrtle Beach Group and Reunion Vacation Rentals

"DO NOT RENT FROM TOGETHER RESORTS Rented this "beachfront" property for a weekend with a big group. Upon arrival was a house full of 60 fraternity Boys making rude comments from across the street. Pretty offensive and disappointing to see them also shooting fireworks at our property at 4 am. Secondly, we believe this house has a bed bug issue. A couple of members apart of the group walked away covered head to toe in bug bites. Tried contacting the company and the response "sorry you didn't report it while you were on property" - group members now seeing doctors today for antibiotics and a check to make sure we did not bring this virus home with us. Communicating with management was pretty slim, and short. They were not very "kind" over the time we spent figuring out a rental and issues while we were there. Seemed like it was a big money grab. Would avoid in the future, should have checked better into it before we rented."

"Holy Moly, what a disappointing experience. My Family & I recently rented one of their Brand New, Ocean Front Houses for a week in August. We had several issues that this company refused to rectify, or even handle professionally. - Upon arrival, for the very first time, we were made aware that there was NO beach access from the house, even though we were told through many communications that there would be & it was advertised as such. We had to walk 100 yards down the road & then through a Sandy pathway over a dune to get to the Beach. We had small children with us & 2 infants, getting to the beach was a hassle with them & not at all convenient to get back & forth from the house. We also had one very ill family member with us who, unfortunately, never made it down to the beach at all due to these obstacles. - The Hot Water in our Bedroom took more than 35 minutes to heat up & we were told we had to run the sink water simultaneously to speed up the process. - Family Members Bedrooms had the taps reversed, Hot was really Cold, etc. - The floor of the home was visibly dirty upon arrival, even after paying their exorbitant cleaning fees. - The Property next door (also owned / Managed by Together Resorts) was under Construction. It was Loud (starting very early in the morning), Dusty & Dirty. We had to watch out for screws / nails on our walk past the house on our way to the beach. All of this being said, we gave the company the opportunity to rectify for us before writing any reviews & they’ve chosen not to. They’ve avoided communication, disregarded emails & dodged every complaint we’ve had, claiming they needed to address with “investors” or “management” it’s been nearly a month with no conclusion."

"12 guys from Canada booked our trip for March 2020. Well the world turned upside down and as such we couldn’t travel anywhere especially across the border. Together Resorts worked with us as we postponed 2 other times until we actually were able to get down the end of February 2022 The 14 bed 14 washroom condo was great as was the location. The staff we dealt with (namely Susan & Melisa) were pleasant and professional. We highly recommend using Together Resorts!"

"Our group of 25 women from church had an AWESOME time here! The mattresses & pillows were very comfortable. The elevator made it easy for those who didn’t or couldn’t use the stairs. It was spotlessly clean & the kitchen was beyond awesome. It was very well stocked (there wasn’t an appliance, dish, pot, or utensil that we needed that wasn’t supplied!) Having 14 bathrooms for 14 bedrooms was fantastic! Susan was great & very responsive! Definitely a winner!"

"DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! We had a large group of friends (6 families) booked for Summer 2020 (booked a year before). We decided it was too risky (coming from 3 different states with different restrictions at the time) to travel more than a month before our trip. We hoped the company would be understanding considering the pandemic, but they held us to the 6-month cancellation policy. Fine. We could not reschedule a trip for such a large group, especially with uncertainty of the pandemic. We decided we would forfeit our deposit and cancel. Our understanding was that the deposit would cover our obligation and we thought we were done with the whole mess. MORE THAN A YEAR LATER we received a letter from an attorney that we had past due debt to this company. We don’t even know why they are saying we owe this money. They are using the pandemic to take advantage of people."
