"I have not visited the store in a while, and was excited to go and see the beautiful and unique pieces they offer. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service the store offered. As I walked into the store there were two associates about 5 feet from me and they continued to talk amongst them selves. As I continue through the store I realize I am the only customer in the store, and still have not been acknowledged by anyone. I walked through the entire store and loved several pieces I was interested in for my new home, still no one has approached or acknowledged that I was in the store. When I returned to the front of the store to leave, that is when one of the associates acknowledged me saying “ Did you know all furniture is 25% off”” if the associates would have said hello or let me know about the promotion when I walked into the store, I would have purchased, but the conversation they we’re having was more important than the customer."
"My wife and I recently purchased two beautiful night stands. Whenever we go in the store; they have no idea who we are and ‘pretty women’ us. We are a young couple, but we dress nice and have the means and desire to furnish our house nicely. I feel like whenever we come in they assume we won’t buy anything and are just window shopping and are ignored the entire time. It makes me not want to spend anymore money there, but my wife loves the store so much, we will just have to deal with going in there and being ignored."
"If you like bleached out monochrome color scheme with high-end pottery barn goods this is your place. Current color scheme is white and gray tone on tone with very little color pop. If you're into monochromatic you'll find what you need."
"FOUR STARS FOR THE FURNITURE, BUT ONE STAR FOR SALE ASSOCIATE'S UNPLEASANT ATTITUDE. This is such a beautiful store and I love their accessories. I purchased 2 nightstands...they wrapped the glass in plastic prior to placing them in the vehicle. When I got home, I noticed two paint drops on the wood and it appeared as if there was a chip in the glass (so I left it wrapped in the plastic). I returned the item to the store the next day. Once they unwrapped it, the associate realized that there was paint on the inside of the glass (not a chip). I asked her to clean it off (because the glass appeared cloudy from where she removed the paint) and asked her to see if she could remove the paint drops from the wood (as the other night stand did not have paint on it). She sprayed Windex solution on the glass AND THE WOOD. The solution was trapped between the glass and the wood so I asked her if there would be a problem with the wood once the solution dried and her response was "You can just return the items and I give you a refund." I replied that I wasn't looking for a refund, as I didn't want to return the items as they were the last two in the store and I caught them on sale! She stated again that she could give me a refund. Seriously??? This was my first experience with this store but I was shocked by her responses. I just wanted to make sure that the furniture was fine before I left home with it again! She reluctantly gave me a discount because of the paint stains, but again I wasn't looking to return the items...I just wanted the paint to be fully removed without damage to the furniture that I purchased!"
