"If you have never been here when the fields are open, put it on your must do list! Beautiful place to take pictures and enjoy seeing more sunflowers you’ll ever see in one place!"
"Gorgeous, breathtaking and enchanting sunflower field that you can visit from the dawn to the dusk. Perfect place for great summer family pictures. Besides, said sunflower field is close to the playground and other outdoor entertainment areas. Enjoy till you can! Strongly recommend for everyone!!"
"Very nice field of sunflowers. Area is well maintained and inviting. Definitely makes for a great mini session photoshoot, which I plan to do in the future. Lots of people enjoying selfies by the sunflowers, but not overcrowded. Even managed to capture a butterfly on a flower (zoom in to see it). It was a pretty nice experience for me and definitely worth a visit."
"This place is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! A huge thank you to the city of Raleigh for planting and maintaining such a unique experience. I promise you can't count how many sunflowers you see. Bring the camera, bring the family, and most importantly, bring some water!! As you know, flowers bring bees, but I was there for close to an hour and saw nothing but very docile bubble bees just working away. You can see that in a few of my pics. This field blooms mid-July, but keep an eye on the website for the most up to date notifications. Also, bring some cash. Local food trucks and vendors are on site, and I'm a huge fan of supporting local business!!! Enjoy and have a happy and safe summer!!"
"First time experiencing a sunflowers! So pretty and lived up to my expectations! Nothing you can do about the weather and it was pretty hot but I was pleasantly surprised by the light breeze and there are shaded hammocks amongst the trees. And we hung out for at least 45 minutes when I didn't think I was going to last more than 20!"
