"Bad experience so far!!! I do not recommend coming in here! We arrive on Christmas eve, they were rushing to leave. Their check- in time was 3pm, they said we need to arrive earlier than 3pm so they can go home. The room was giving to us dirty, with some one's socks in the draws and dirty towels in the bathroom, and hair all over the floor. Top of the fridge is filled with dirt. The coffee machine dont work. There are no sheets for the bed and pillows at all, one of the blankets is dirty too, only for the one bed there are. The staff has gone for today also, since it's Christmas and no supply. Coffee machine dont work. No workers to ask for assistance. I called the after hours number and the woman that answer is not connected to the club. But that number is listed for us to call. Also says in the voice mail, if you need help after 5pm, someone will assist you at 9am on the following day. Which hotel/ resort does that? Just here!!! We had to sweep the floor so many times as we came, full of dirt."

"My experience with Karl Lawrence was beyond disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. Karl not only insists on bullying guests into leaving 5-star reviews but also manipulates the review system to his advantage. After our stay, we left a straightforward 4-star review, failing to provide honest feedback. In our review, we refrained from mentioning certain aspects that could have affected our rating, such as the run down building, presence of MOLD on the shower ceiling and large spider webs near the AC unit. (Truthfully, we tried our best to stay out of the room during our stay.) Our intention in renting his Airbnb was to highlight it on our social media, portraying it as a "hidden gem" in Jamaica. (Money wasted!) Despite these observations, we chose NOT to use the accompanying footage on our social media platforms out of consideration for the challenges faced by small businesses. However, Karl's reaction was outrageous. He promptly saw our review, contacted Airbnb, and had the audacity to remove his 5-star review of us. Conveniently, he decided we owed him additional money for a so-called early check-in fee, an amount that was never mentioned before or during our stay. This manipulation of the review system and attempts to coerce guests into false ratings are unacceptable. It's disheartening to see a host resort to such tactics. He is far from a super host. My advice to potential guests: beware of Karl Lawrence and think twice before falling victim to his tactics."

"Arrived on 10-28, check in was a breeze. The office staff was informative and friendly. We went to are room and it was perfect for the one week stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was perfect and I he ocean view was spectacular. The place was clean and comfortable. We would definitely return to Beach Club again."

"Great location there is a perfect way to get to the beach! The pool is great aswell. The room was very nice my room was a vintage theme (wish they cleaned are room more often) and the service is nice!"
