"Customer service seemed great until I signed on the dotted line. I had questions after my purchase and debated keeping my purchase for a variety of reasons. I called to speak to someone repeatedly but my messages have never been returned to this day and were ignored. Having spent as much money as I did for a product I intend on having for 10-12 years was very disheartening with the amount of post sale customer service experience I did not receive. A huge disappointment. I honestly do not know that I would ever make another purchase or recommend this company to anyone ever again as a result."
