"This place is the best! All of the staff was very kind and helpful! We’d driven almost an hour to find out the living room set we wanted had already been sold. We were really disappointed so I wanted to see if they had any other deals that may still be within our budget, but Jennifer at the front desk was so kind to take the time to help find what we wanted for the price we could afford. We couldn’t have been happier. We’d just moved into a new house and with the cost of everything lately it has been harder than I would’ve imagined, so it’s refreshing to go somewhere that actually meet your expectations as far as affordability and quality, with excellent customer service as well. We will definitely be returning when we’re ready to fill up our remaining rooms!"

"I purchased two appliances from this location - the drying has worked fine but the Maytag Washer has been nothing but problems and the warranty neither fully replaced the value nor fixed the issues with it. I was also disappointed with the retailer not making the situation right after repeated bringing the washer to their location. For the warranty and selection - I now prefer Best Buy outlet with in house technicians and a stronger 2 year full warranty."

I felt like every question was a bother, I was very disappointed. Selection was decent, and prices were fair - maybe if you don’t mind how you’re spoken to this is the place for you? Very let down by this experience. Even if I had found something I liked I definitely would not have purchased based on the interaction."

"I just had the most amazing experience in purchasing a refrigerator at Flippin Jays in Pineville. First of all, the selections were numerous in my price range. I wanted quality but I didn’t want to pay a mint. These are uncertain times. Every penny saved is a penny earned. So, I found the perfect refrigerator to my taste. The salesperson isn’t really a salesperson. She is more like a sales consultant. She worked with me to get the refrigerator, delivery, and pick-up my old refrigerator at a price that was discounted and lovely. Customer service is outstanding! I’ll certainly be back the next time I need an appliance or furniture. I recommend you do too."
