"Went there for the first time with my dad and the older lady with short pixie salt and pepper hair and glasses greeted us with hey yall. She showed us mattress and we told her they were a little too much for our price range and thank you she rudely said we could go to Costco or Sam’s Club. Sarcastically because those are some of the cheapest places to get mattresses. Please do not have her speak to customers she is rude and pompous. You do not know what people have in their wallet or what they prefer to pay. Well I took my business elsewhere found a great mattress and I will tell people not to go to that location and deal with a salesman like her."

"I recently purchased a recliner, and my initial experience with the delivery and product left much to be desired. However, I'm pleased to say that the company was quick to address all the issues I had, and the overall resolution process was seamless. To begin with, the delivery team members were exceptional in their customer service. They were courteous, professional, and genuinely concerned about providing a good service, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the recliner arrived with some issues, particularly with the armrest wing, which had been damaged during delivery. This affected both the aesthetics and functionality of the recliner. Over time, I noticed more issues cropping up with the recliner, even though I don't use it frequently. It seemed that the initial damage during delivery had a domino effect on other aspects of the recliner. While the initial experience was disappointing, what truly stood out was the company's commitment to making things right. I reached out to them to express my concerns, and they responded promptly and professionally. They sent a technician to fix the issues with the recliner, and the process was hassle-free.
