"When we went to Ashley we had an idea of what we wanted but wanted to check everything out to make sure it was a great fit. Rebee greeted us and helped us go through and check out all the furniture we had in mind and eventually come to a decision. We had both our young kids with us and she never made us feel like that was a problem, even though they can be very curious and get into things. All in all great experience and make sure to ask for her! She’s a delight!!"

"DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY!!!! I waited two weeks to get my furniture. It came damaged and now I am waiting to get it fixed. I called 5 minutes after they left and I was told that they couldn’t return the product even tho it was faulty (the door on the nightstand doesn’t shut properly). There customer service is a joke and I have been given the run around and they still haven’t fixed my product. I was told that they would ship repair parts to me and it would take around 3-5 days. Over a week later and still haven’t received any repair parts. I called a few days ago and was told multiple responses. First I was told it doesn’t take 3-5 days instead it takes 7-11 days, then I was told it was on back order. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND ENERGY AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. There’s a value city furniture store right down there road."
