"On 1/26/24, I submitted a rental application and promptly provided the requested pay stubs to the employee, Lynn, on 1/28/24. On 1/29/24, I received a letter dated for 1/28/24, indicating that I was conditionally approved based on the property's minimum rental requirements. The letter stated that certain additional financial or other requirements needed to be met for final approval. Seeking clarification, I called on 1/31/24 to inquire about the additional requirements, and to my surprise, Lynn informed me, based on the manager's discretion, that I was not approved. This decision seems inconsistent with the conditional approval outlined in the letter dated 1/28/24. I explained the situation, but unfortunately, Lynn disregarded the information provided in the letter. Moreover, the return of the cashier's check for application fees without processing raises concerns about the ethical practices and adherence to business protocols. I believe I deserve a clear explanation for the denial and request a thorough review of my application, considering the conflicting information presented. I am disappointed with the lack of transparency and fairness in this process, and I believe I have been subjected to unfair business practices.I’m"

"I simply cannot sing the praises of this place enough! If I could leave 100 stars I would! I found my dream apartment here and it is perfectly located in my favorite area in Charlotte! I can accomplish pretty much everything I want to on a daily basis without even having to get into my car. The beautiful ladies in the leasing office are absolutely amazing! From the moment I set my eyes on this place, I was moved in and living here as a full-time resident in a matter of days. Seamless. Easy. Amazing. Unlike any experience I’ve ever had when it comes to apartments, condos or moving anywhere for that matter. The maintenance guys are unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I like to refer to Mike and Richard as maintenance ninjas. I had a couple minor issues in the first week that I moved in. Each time I submitted a maintenance request, usually in the evening, it was already taken care of by the time I returned home the next day for lunch. It was as if they were never even here other than the issue being resolved. Incredible! Again, I cannot say enough about this place. I am so incredibly satisfied with my decision to move here and look forward to many years of happiness here."

"I moved here from Ohio on 7/1/18 after visiting a dozen other apartments and I have been 100% satisfied; I definitely made the right choice. The facilities are super clean, the gym has all new equipment, Solis hosts a couple of events each month for residents, complimentary breakfast on Wednesdays, and the entire staff is super friendly. A special shout-out to the Solis Maintenance Team... I dropped my keys in the elevator a couple of Saturdays ago around midnight and the keys fell perfectly into the crack and down into the elevator shaft. Chris and Mike (maintenance) returned my call within minutes and then came onsite in about 20 minutes (LATE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT) and cut me a new key. Solis is the best! -Scott"
