"My wife and I have been shopping for a mattress for awhile now. We happened to drive by Bed’r Mattress - Cedar Bluff and decided to check it out. We went to several large furniture stores in town and were going to just pick one, but could not be happier we waited until coming here. Not only did we buy a mattress, we feel great about it. We had their full attention and had us try out multiple beds, discussed what we liked and didn’t like and tailored the bed to what we wanted. They also gave us new pillow cases to bring to each bed, which made the whole process feel very clean. Mike sold us our mattress, but more importantly helped us understand what we wanted and what was beneficial. We never felt pushed to buy anything in the store, but he made our decision easy with his knowledge and friendliness. Not to mention we spent less than what we would have at a larger store. "During the Covid I bought an online store bed and eventually retuned that mattress. I stumbled across Bed-r-Mattress here in West Knoxville, and I'm very glad I did. We dropped in on Ken, told him about our old mattress and what we were looking for. He just plainly told us what the selection options were for us and had us try them out right in the show room. Ken never pressured us in any way, in fact, he never acted like a traditional salesman. it was like having a conversation with a friend on what the options where and what would best fit our situation. We told him we would be going other places to try out some different brands, and he encouraged us to do so. In the end, we came back and purchased our mattress here. The entire experience was pleasant from beginning to end, and it's so nice to have a local company to deal with if any issue should arise. No online chat room, no interactive voice response answering phone calls, just a friendly face and a real human being. The mattress we got is a regional brand too, and it's awesome.
