Unfortunately, we had to cancel, and for reasons beyond our control, could not complete a claim on the Travel Insurance policy we purchased. After reviewing the situation, Salt and Sand Reality generously refunded us the price of the stay, which we had paid up front - even though they were under no obligation to do so.
