"Xanadu is the most relaxing beach house you can find. From the comfortable atmosphere to the perfectly stocked kitchen, I felt right at home. The owners went above and beyond providing additional household items in case we didn’t have time to stop by a store. It was clear the amount of time, effort and dedication they included in this home to ensure we enjoyed our trip. The home is also conveniently placed, with stores and restaurants being less than a 5 minute drive and the beach being a quick walk from the home. Overall an amazing experience. To the owners, thank you for your thoughtfulness and kindness. It was an amazing trip and I am forever grateful for that opportunity."

"We have stayed multiple times in Oak Island and this has been our favorite rental so far. House is new and well laid out. Kitchen was fully stocked and bedrooms were great. The backyard is fenced in which was great for our pup and boys to play in without having to worry about them running off. Thr screened in porch was also great to relax in after a day at the beach. Beach access, Middleton park, and shops are all a 5 min drive away. Owners were responsive. I recommend this unit to anyone interested in visiting Oak Island."

"We were lucky enough to be the first ones to stay here. The property and house are meticulously, clean and comfortable! I really appreciated the ice spheres that were in the freezer when we got there after our long drive. We climbed the lighthouse, went quadding, horseback riding and of course went to the beautiful beach! Southport was very nice with all the restaurants and unique shops and I especially loved the yoga Dock in the morning. very nice way to start the day :-). Can not wait to go back!"

"What a beautiful, relaxing home! Brand new and generously complete with everything needed for a stay. From a fully stocked kitchen with every item that could be needed, multiport charging station, washer/dryer, screened in back porch, and a grill! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful with all the extras: board games, cooking supplies (seasonings & oils), they even added a noise machine to the master bedroom. Hosts were gracious with a "welcome bag" loaded with fresh ground coffee, snacks, and all natural bath soaps. This home is walking distance to the grocery, restaurants, and the beach. An absolute must stay if you're looking for a peaceful place in the heart of Oak Island."
