"-10000/10, do not recommend. We got towed, cause the front office doesn’t do their job correctly. Doesn’t matter if you have a LITERAL parking sticker. Backstory. We’ve lived here for 7 months. The apartment wasn’t clean when we moved in. The walls are cracking, like literal long cracks. The carpet nails poke through the carpet at all entry doorways. The front office will steal your packages. To the main issue. The towing. Sunday morning, we walk out to go have a lazy Sunday morning and do some casual errands > to not being able to find our car. Come to find out, it was towed. Because the FRONT OFFICE didn’t register our car with the towing company. So they picked it up, regardless of the apartment parking ticket in the left hand side. You get that SPECIFIC PARKING STICKER, once you give them the registration and they’re supposed to “register” your car on move in. Again, 7 months ago. The leasing apt is closed on Sunday, no one to call in this emergency. The towing company said, “if you wanna pay $250 you can get it out.” MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Bell Partners, Metro, what is happening in your office, because I can really see what is NOT happening. Why is the towing company so QUICK to tow a car with a sticker? Why don't they accept a lease verification or are they just desperate to get money? Update: front office employee registered the parking sticker under a WRONG car. There has to be a better system, this isn’t just a minor inconvenience. Especially if you’re gonna be closed on Sunday and there be NO access to help, day of. Do better."

"I have recently moved into this complex. I can honestly say I have had no issues since moving in. The staff in the office is very knowledgeable. Senaysia helped moved me in and she was very well spoken and kind. She made this experience easy for me. Tori the property manager came out and greeted us as well. I have had a few minor maintenance issues since moving in and my requests have been taken care of within a reasonable time frame. The pool house is always well kept and smelling amazing. All in all , I would highly recommend moving here."

"Had to visit here for the summer, place is REALLY run down and from the looks of the halls and stairwells in building 4 they DO NOT CARE! I stepped on dog poop walking up the side walks so many times it’s ridiculous. Who ever is in charge of property management isn’t doing a good job. Do Not Move Here, you will regret it"
