"Good luck finding a primary care doctor through this network. I signed up with employer health insurance with this network. Their website shows tons of primary doctors within my zip code. Many are no longer in business, for years. When I call or show up to the ones in business, they tell me they will not accept the insurance. Even after talking to Brandon at prime Network, and him telling me he called and spoke with 2 different doctor's offices, with their billing department and telling me all I needed to do was show up and make an appointment, I was told they do not accept this insurance. Now, Prime will not take my phone calls or return my calls after 3 weeks. Even though I was told he would call me back at the end of the day with more options. That was 3 weeks ago. So, now I'm stuck paying for worthless insurance. This is worse than not having insurance. Your paying for it but no one will accept it. So, you still pay for it all out of pocket plus your monthly premiums. What a rip-off!! Don't walk away, run away!!"

"Even after terminating our contract with them several years back, they send us letters like we are still in network with them. They have even tried discounting services (like we are in network) since terminating our contract--where we have to inform them we are no longer in network. Keep your termination letter!!!! Warning!!! Don't ever join their network in the first place!!!"

I have thrown away their paperwork, with no desire to join and have my rates "discounted" after they lower them to fit their prices and take their cut as a fee. Two weeks ago, they sent me a scathing letter due to my refusal to cooperate with them, threatening to let clients (theirs, not mine) know I refuse to work with them. Now today, I received another packet from them SO SWEETLY wanting me to join their network group... not going to happen!"
