"Grassland Car Care Center provided expert service for our Jeep Grand Cherokee. They fixed all the problems (mostly maintenance that had not been performed timely on our part) and replaced 2 tires in 2 separate appointments, per our request. Our car was only gone for 1 day each time. They were so quick! They communicated with us the entire time, letting us know what the problems were after the diagnostics were run, how long it would take to fix them, and when the car was ready. They sent texts with pictures and descriptions of the process. They even offered to give us a loaner car if needed. The service was impeccable, the employees were very knowledgeable, and everyone there was so friendly and honest. The owner, Jeff George, and his team go above and beyond for all of their clients. "I recently spent over $4,000.00 at Grassland Car Care, a majority of which related to them repairing and replacing the fuel system kit and fuel tank. Prior to taking my car in, I had never had an issue pumping gas. Following the repairs to the fuel system, the gas pump shuts off about every quarter gallon. When I notified Grassland Car Care of this issue, they requested I bring the vehicle in under warranty. I was then notified that the issue is allegedly unrelated to the work they performed and, therefore, not under warranty. I’m told it is a complete coincidence that I can no longer pump gas into my tank. They've sent me a diagram and explanations and blamed me for "not understanding" the real issue - even though there was zero issue prior to them working on the fuel system. On a prior occassion, I was told that repeat labor would not be charged if a first fix did not work. However, when I took my car back, I was informed that whoever told me that "did not have the authority to do so" and that I would be charged for full labor again. If you want transparency and trustworthiness - go elsewhere."

They go above and beyond to make sure my cars are running right and have always been up front and fair in terms of pricing and work that needs to be done. "I had a fantastic experience. From out of state, and broke down. Called the shop an hour before close and was offered to have the vehicle towed to the shop and offered a courtesy car. Me and my buddy ended up having to stay at the shop, and everyone was very courteous with us. The lobby is probably the cleanest I have seen. The guys were super cool and definitely did not overcharge. I'd come back if ever in the area. Thanks guys."
