CVS 7900 Old Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, NC 27616

"This pharmacy is unacceptable. They do not fill scripts in a reasonably timely manner, I’m talking days and it’s not medications that aren’t in stock, which i understand is a nationwide problem. In my situation, they have the medications. They do not communicate, will not answer the phone, sometimes you just need to know if they cannot fill the script so the doctor can cancel and send elsewhere, but you will never get an answer. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or just don’t care, but I don’t understand how they can be allowed to operate this way. I’ve been patient, but lesson finally learned….If I need a medication within a day, even within a couple of days, it cannot be sent here. Important to note, the staff I’ve interacted with in this location have always been friendly & helpful. It’s usually the same guy and he’s usually alone. Maybe, get the guy some help?!? Seems to me this is a problem at a higher level not being addressed."

"I just realized why this cvs has 2.0 review today when I call and come to pick up my kids medication. Just a nasal spray but they told me to wait 1hr to pick up, when ai came after 40 mins shopping around in Target, they said I have to wait for another 20 mins to be complete 1 hour as they said! Just a nasal spray!!! I could not wait no more longer because my kids getting cold and sleepy have ti take them home w/o med. :("

"This may be the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. Nobody answers the phone. Never seen more than 2 people at a time operating it. CVS doesn’t staff this location with enough employees and the ones who do work there don’t care. Unbelievable. Moving my pharmacy needs somewhere else. Save yourself time and frustration."
