"This review is long overdue, as we relocated to Raleigh at the start of the year and established care at the Person Street location shortly after we settled in. The staff is so friendly and we've been so pleased with the care provided to our senior pup by Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Sawyer. We had an after hours emergency recently, and the sister location on South Saunders was experiencing a high volume of ER patients at the time I called to let them know we were on the way. They referred us to a competitor with a shorter wait time, and we were seen immediately, reinforcing my belief that Oak Heart truly prioritizes the safety and well-being of their clients/fur babies.
