"Everyone in the pharmacy is doing a wonderful job for being so short staffed. I really appreciate the speed and efficiency. Prescription interaction info was not missed, staff was so incredibly kind, one or both people were there on their day off. I hope you guys get more staff and get a break soon, you deserve it ❤️"

"Prescription is never ready on time. When I was told the prescription wasn’t ready the second time pharmacist and manager were standing there chit chatting and doing nothing. Take your prescriptions elsewhere."

"Customer service here is terrible. If you have to shop at cvs go to the on on Tom Hall at they will at least welcome you with a smile and give you the correct information. Or just shop anywhere else! The manager here is rude. I’ve been here a handful of times and they flat out ignore customers. Will not be coming back."

"We preferred shopping at CVS and enjoyed the savings but today, we had to void our purchase and when we rerang our purchase of $85. We did not get our $7. Savings so I asked tge team member for help. He did not know how to help so he went to get support. No one came so he told us we would just have to pay full price. We waited a little longer and then just decided to leave without purchasing. We went to Walgreens to buy the medicines our granddaughters needed. Such a disappointment."

"I went in to get my mother some vitamins, and I asked a worker there where was the cash register, she rudely replied, "over there" so I walked over and stood in line and moments later she scolded "not there over here" she meant the self check out, so I said, "we have to do it ourselves?" She responded in a very nasty tone, yes, like every where else! So I explained to her that everywhere doesn't have self check out, she began to argue, yes they do! At this point I figured she was mental health so I left it alone, but then she came over and began to throw my belongings in a bag. I then asked another worker if there was a manager that I could speak to to form a complaint, when the manager approached me, the argumentative and rude store lady approached us and asked me if I had a problem with her! I told her I was talking with the manager, she said, oh but you're talking about me so what's the problem, she was extremely aggressive, I then turned to the manager and said "do you see what I mean? The manager shook her head yes as the worker began getting louder and louder. She sarcastically kept repeating HAVE A NICE DAY, and I told her she should have the day that she deserved. I can't believe I was treated that way. I am Muslim and feel like it could've been a case of discrimination. I am filing a complaint."
