Right when I entered the door the lady was so welcoming immediately started with butter and I’ve never felt more at ease leaving her. When I picked her up she was so happy and looked amazing! 10/10 will definitely be a regular for us now."

"Reply to Owner: I never said that he had been banned from another groomer. It seems that you are trying to deceive the public eye by saying that I said that. Also, I was told that he was muzzled. If he was muzzled then how did he constantly try to bite you? Nevertheless, when I arrived to pick him up, your staff handed me the scissors to finish off his haircut. Staff was very kind, overall the dissatisfaction comes from the fact that for finishing my own dog’s haircut, and not attempting to contact me beforehand to say there were some difficulties, the price charged just does not match the service given. To further lie and say that I stated my dog has been banned from other groomers is completely false and shows deception from your business. Angela, my fiancée was told the base price from the service requested was $80. In our invoice, it stated $110. Then there’s the additional handling fee, on top of that. If Coco was as difficult as you were saying he was then you should’ve contacted us before muzzling him. Overpriced as ever. Majority of groomers in Fort Mill do not charge $100 for grooming, nails and bathing a 15 pound dog. Said my dog was difficult so instead of calling me they rushed through the haircut and charged me a fee on top of the $100, and then asked me for a tip. Save your money and go else where."

"I've been in 2 times to have our Husky groomed. The team at this location is awesome. You can always tell when people are real animal people. Plus, everything is always clean! I don't know how they do it with the amount of fur, just my dog alone leaves behind! Our doggo loves coming here, as well. She makes best friends with everyone in this store. They all love on her and take good care of her while she's there. Personally, I love that I don't have to worry about her or them. Since she is a large breed and can get a bit moody towards the end, they respect her limits and know how to work with her, so the outcome is always positive. This is the first groomer we found, since we moved to the area, that has great prices and fantastic staff. I wouldn't take my fur baby anywhere else!"
