"Second baby that I have delivered with Pinehurst Surgical and Dr. Szabo. I saw both Dr. Szabo and Dr. Malinowski at different times during my pregnancy and care was fantastic! I had a post partum hemorrhage where I lost a pretty significant amount of blood a few hours following birth and Dr. Machin was the doctor on call during that medical emergency. I’m so grateful for her and believe she saved my life."

"I rarely write reviews but had to share my experience. This place is clearly not invested in their patients well being. 1. My first appointment I was not seen until 80 minutes after my appointment time. The nurses never apologized to me and the Dr didn't address it until I addressed it first. Horrible customer service. I will give the dr credit as she continued to apologize after I brought it up. 2. I was sent the same day 8/22 to get an ultrasound for pain that I have been having. The ultra sound tech let me know that results would be posted the next day. When I didn't hear back. I called 2 days later to check on results. The nurse told me they didn't have the results and that the dr wouldn't be in the office until the following week. 3. It is not 1 week later and I called to get my results again. They still have no results and told me I will have to wait until tomorrow when the dr is back in the office. I asked if they had called the radiologist to get the results and she said " I can do that". 4. I called the radiologist and they said they had already sent the results a while back and had not heard from the office that they did not receive them. Super disappointed"

"We will keep returning to this practice for Dr. Malinowski and Dr. Jones. We received excellent care from both of them during our unexpected pre-term labor & are extremely grateful for a safe delivery. Dr. Malinowski has also been fantastic with all of our post-partum care. He is one of the few doctors I have seen that takes every concern seriously instead of brushing them off as “normal pregnancy discomfort” or “normal postop discomfort”."

"Recently moved to the area but won't be back to this practice for OBGYN or anything else if I can help it. Had a pleasant and informative experience at my OBGYN appointment in February. The front desk staff, lab staff/blood-drawers, and (some of) the doctors are AWESOME and courteous and friendly. However, the nurses are horrid and the communication between locations is THE worst. I had some pain recently in my side and got in on a Thursday since it hadn't subsided after 2 weeks after being dismissed by a doctor at urgent care (was NOT told they would be closed Friday for Easter or I would've tried to get in earlier in the week) so I went with the pain through the weekend. Lab results came back normal but their attention to detail is awful and they wanted to give me a referral I did not need. Had a radiology ultrasound appointment with the location on 30 Memorial Drive on Monday 4/10. The tech said the images would be dispatched that same afternoon. Called back to see if anyone had gotten a chance to just review the images the next day, was told by staff that no images had been received. So called the radiology department and they somehow hadn't been informed of where to send them even though the staff at this location had told me they contacted radiology to inquire about my images? Finally on Thursday 4/13 (so, 3 days after the images were taken) someone called me back and snapped "we just received these images, BY THE WAY." All I wanted were solutions for the pain in my side. But none were given. NO follow up, no care, no anything, no other treatment suggestions or anything. A lot of the nurses need training in communication, customer service, cordiality and plain common sense. I agree with other reviews and I will make the drive to Raleigh or Fayetteville to avoid setting foot in this place again if I can at all help it. But they get away with it because they're the biggest, if poorly ran, place within a certain radius. 0/10 do not recommend."
