"My original review gained a very rapid resolution. Honestly i received a 5 star appointment, but there was still a gap on the results follow-up and a very difficult automated phone service that did not help. I understand the system is being updated so I hope others have more success. I do feel my follow up issue was more of an outlier vs the norm. Appointment and actual procedure was very good… my issue is results and communication follow up. It has been a 5weeks since my procedure and no results have been communicated. I tried to call the Clinic and got the voice system that gave me no ability to actually speak to someone. Yesterday I found a number on my paperwork to call the endoscopy center directly - straight to voicemail, I left my name, cell number and patient number - no follow up after a full working day. For me this is not acceptable."

"Dr. Swantkowski was great as usual! He performed my first procedure years ago, and I made sure he did this one. He's a great doctor and is very personable. He cares about you, and after the procedure he makes sure your OK. When the nurse made her follow up call the next day, I told her to tell Dr. Swan as he is known to the staff, I love him.
