She was polite, she spoke to me like I was an actual human being and made half of my experience a real joy. Then the doctor came in. She was rude, spoke me like I was an ignorant child and proceeded to try to tell me that I was wrong about my own medical history because she 'read my file'. Needless to say IF I return to this place it will be with a different provider or I will take my business to a different establishment altogether."
