"My husband and I brought our two dogs in last week, 7 week old puppy and 14 year old senior. We were there to get the first round of shots for the puppy and to give our old girl the best possible trip across the rainbow bridge. The staff made us feel beyond comfortable with everything. I was not able to stay for our senior dog's appointment, but my husband said they did everything in their power to make sure our girl was taken care of and that he knew he was making the right decision. Unfortunately, this was our first visit, so it was a rough one. But I am confident we have found our forever vet for our sweet pup."

Dr. Goff and the rest of the staff were so kind and patient with Binx who was not feeling well and was not happy at being poked and prodded but they handled him very gently and with the utmost care. They were all very concerned about Binx and Dr. Goff was very giving of his time and talent and determined to get to the bottom of the issue with Binx. "Since I got my puppy Loki a year ago, I’ve taken him to over five different vets all across Asheville and none of them have been as kind, compassionate, caring, and helpful as the team at the South location. Not only were they kind to me, but they were also so sweet and gentle with Loki, who’s an anxious boy when he’s not feeling well. In the past I’ve had really bad experiences at the vet because I’m young & never taken seriously, and Loki has been traumatized from past vets being rough and impatient with him. The staff at the south location were the complete opposite from my past experiences. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of the questions I had. They gave me treatment options based on what I could afford. They were patient with Loki even when he was nervous and not cooperating. Both the vet and the vet tech were amazing, I left feeling confident and reassured that my best friend was going to be okay, loki moo is already feeling much better (:"
