"Great hardware store at a super convenient location. They cut keys and they cut glass, which means that you can immediately take care of some issues that are hard to solve at the big box stores. They have a good selection and they have a friendly and helpful staff. Some of the highlights are the aforementioned key cutting and more importantly, glass cutting (which saves a trip to the glass shop if you break a single-pane window), along with the fact that they are a Stihl dealer with a pretty adequate selection for most homeowners."

"The staff who helped me were nice. However the manager told me they would not accept my cash next time. Legal tinder no matter how big the pile is legal tinder. Very rude! Also the price listed for the item was advertised as 30 less than what it rang up as. Im never going back."

"It's a nice hardware store to go in to. Plenty of staff and they all very friendly and helpful. I also fill my propane tank there and I like that they have a punch card so get 5 and then one free, I would also recommend getting on their mailing list, which comes with a discount card and the mailer usually has good coupons in em."

"Overpriced and mismanaged. IMO There is a solid 85% chance that item will be a higher price at the register than the posted label, random parts will be mixed in with other items, or the employee trying to help you just slows you down guessing where something might be. I only go here to save the extra time to go to lowes, but its not really worth it most of the time."

"This place is not very good. The employees ask you if they can help you in the most aggressive manner they jump up in your face. Doesn't matter. They have no special awareness and zero customer service skills. They should have some prevention and revising of how things work around there. Running up on the people who enter customers and ask if you can help them before they even get the door closed behind them is very rude and should stop immediately and their employees are not very kind and I certainly do not appreciate 98% of the employees customer service. I've been all over the world. I've been in TV and movies. These people have no idea even how to sell a screw correctly"
