"Clean store and a fair amount of folks to help with questions. On this occasion I to take a bathroom break. The men's room was kind of funky; peeling paint, dirty floor and an empty paper towel dispenser. It could use some work. However, personal needs such as this is not why one goes to Lowes. This is a good store."

"They don't have the hardware or home things we need, like air filter sizes that modern homes use but not as common. They carry baseic generic and tons of that. They also make most of their supplies lower quality than what the standard used to be. Dang it! Cheap! Chinese!"

"I've been to this Lowe's before and been very frustrated by the lack of customer service and inventory. This isn't the pandemic any more, so I thought I'd try again. I will never go back. I rang up my items at the self-service checkout and the screen kept saying I needed to put the scanner back in it's holder. It was already in the holder. It told me to wait for help. No one helped or said a word while I took my debit card back and walked out of the store, leaving my buggy behind. I don't mind doing the cashier's job for them, but the checkout should at least work correctly. What a huge waste of time! Avoid this Lowe's!"

"Absolutely appalling delivery service and customer care for resolving problems. We ordered an oven range recently. It took 5 tries, almost 3 weeks, and many customer service or manager calls to finally get it delivered. Then, they didn't properly finish setting it up and didn't take our haul away .They left it sitting in our yard and said someone would come to pick it up in a day or two. That was almost two weeks and multiple customer service calls ago.Gosh only knows how long it may take to get them to finish the job. I am disabled with Fibromyalgia, for which it's well known that high stress levels negatively impact your health and exacerbate your symptoms. This has been going on for a month and a half and I wake up every day everyday with the weight of the dread because I'm going to have to call the yet again to try and get them to do their jobs. It's causing both my pain and fatigue levels to worse. Getting a new appliance delivered"
