She took her time when we started taking Yoshi to Woof Gang (and continues to be patient) and I "think" Yoshi is starting to warm up. LOL She's been very flexible with scheduling and I like to consider her a friend. One of the best people I've encountered since moving here."

"If you love your fur baby, please do not have them groomed here. My dog came back with bruises, which I can understand since he was matted. However, later that night, I noticed blood on his ears in this picture! Why are my dog's ears bleeding? The groomer who was in a wheelchair seemed unable to move around much and tried to blame my dog for moving while being groomed. If you truly care about your dog, I urge you not to bring them to this location."

"Hannah did an absolutely PERFECT job with our labradoodle, Boomer. He used to love going to the groomer when we lived elsewhere, but his last two times at other places have left him pretty scarred, so we were nervous about trying a new place. Hannah assured me she'd go very slowly with each step and adjust the plan if necessary. Luckily, Boomer loved the shop and Hannah from the second we walked in, and he was happy as could be when he was finished. He usually will pull me to door to leave, but this time, he just wagged his tail and nuzzled up against Hannah. Not only was he happy, but the cut was EXACTLY what we wanted, which is no easy feat for an overgrown labradoodle that's received at-home cuts for the last year! We will absolutely be going back.
