"As a professional in the field when I come to this facility I can only say they need to do better with their staff!! The children here truly suffer and it breaks my heart seeing and hearing what I do!!! I don't think many parents would believe what (at least in younger/toddler classes) what goes on!!! The staff need to understand how to behave and speak to these children!!! As well as each other around the children ."
"If I could give a 0 I would. Prior to Brittany taking over as director, I didn’t seem to have that many issues. However, once Brittany took over the issues began. Not only with her however her staff and her laziness to do anything about the amount of issues coming out of my child’s 4 year classroom. If you are looking for an unsafe environment send your kid here. Staff doesn’t pay attention - kids are out of control, solely because people aren’t watching them. If there are concerns good luck getting them fixed or addressed. It will have to be over the directors head being she is of no help. They always have staffing issues always hiring new people it’s a revolving door and you better be first in class in the mornings or they may not have space for you. This is a last resort daycare. Don’t sent your kid here. My child has left school bruised bloody and hurt on numerous occasions. This isn’t it. And if you pull your child out their care abruptly after being hurt they still expect a 2 week notice and want their money. Do not recommend"
"Both of my girls have been attending this Daycare since they were 12 weeks old. I only have one that attends now due to the other child being older. I never worry about my daughter when she attends after school care or summer camp. She loves to go there and is always happy when I pick her up. The staff is wonderful, attentive, loving, and caring individuals. Every family has there own code to even enter the building. This is a huge plus for me. You don't have to worry about anyone just walking in. Safety of all of the children is of the utmost importance to all of the staff. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone I know and have over the years and their children loved it as well. I am appalled at some of these reviews that have spoken a lot of untruth in my opinion. My oldest is 17 and went there till she was 12. The person that is speaking anonymously ask yourself why!! When you speak the truth you definitely use your name and you don't wait years to say something that is of this concern. This is a great place and the staff are absolutely amazing..I give 5 ⭐."
"DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!! Do you want a daycare that’s convenient for you or do you want to be convenient for your daycare? This center’s hours used to be 6:30am-6pm, now they’ve changed it from 7am-4pm and they do not tell you anything until you bring your child that morning or when you pick them up in the afternoon so now you have to scramble to find someone else to watch them entirely or get someone else to pick them up earlier. There’s a constant revolving door of caretakers. They change almost monthly. This center has continuously gone downhill, especially since the new director, Brittany, has been there. This center has constantly closed early without informing parents until the day of. They have cut services due to “staffing shortages”, but still required payment for those services. Most jobs don’t get off until 5 or later, but this center has told parents on numerous occasions that they’re closing early with no prior notice. Summer break has started and now they’re just now saying they’re closing at 4. They tell you when you’re picking up your kids that they’re closing early and your kids weren’t supposed to come that day. Why not? Multiple parents showed up at 5 or later. Nobody knew about this! Communication has never been this bad. This has been a constant so much that you never know when they’re closing. Again, do NOT bring yours kids here because they’ll agree to a full day’s service, but will constantly catch you off guard with the shenanigans. Don’t be surprised if they have spaces open. There’s a reason why. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else."
"Hello! For all the parents, I'm a former child attendee of this establishment, and as an adult I think it's high time I left my review. For now, I will be using a false name for myself out of concern for safety, but I assure you I did attend this Childcare Network facility, specifically while I was in elementary school. I will preface this by saying it's obviously been quite some time since I was under the care of this facility, so I'm sure there have been changes in staffing and so on, but the fact this specific establishment is still alive and functioning after everything I endured and witnessed is truly stunning to me. When I attended childcare network, it functioned as a daycare I went to before and after school. When parents left, and children cried, the daycare workers were regular ringleaders in mocking and bullying the children who cried for their parents, going so far as to encourage other children to be vindictive. There had been a section for infants and toddlers, and daycare workers commonly shook and screamed at them when they were fussy. Most specifically, an incident with another child stands out in my mind. A little girl I had been playing house with had been told not to place the fake food toys in her mouth, but given we were young children, obviously she didn't listen right away. As a result, when a daycare worker saw her do it again, they proceeded to pen off a corner of the daycare and place the little girl in the makeshift pen. Then, they took the fake food toy in question and forcibly shoved it in the little girls mouth, berating her and screaming at her the whole time and now refusing to let her take it out as "punishment". As she cried, the daycare worker encouraged all the other children to go watch and mock her, to laugh at her for putting fake food in her mouth and crying. There were many more incidents like this, some going so far as allowing sexual behavior between children and dismissing cases where obvious concerns should have been risen simply because the children in question were children of the workers. I do hope this establishment has grown from that, and even if it has, this review is taken seriously as a means to reevalute hiring processes and vetting processes. I will never in my life allow my children to be taken care of a company such as this, regardless of growth, simply because the abuses I endured and had to watch other children endure was grotesque and mortifying beyond belief. I can only hope that someone with genuine power within the company takes the steps needed to keep the children here safe. If you're a parent considering this place, please, know who will be taking care of your kids."
