"Dollar Generql on Hollifield in Gastonia: I visited today at 1230. Daniel, cashier very impressive: GENUINELY spoke to all customers as they entered, was readily available to assist. Was very attentive to needs- even the bagging of items. An excellent employee providing excellent customer care! What a rarity now days"

"The lady with the purple hair was incredibly rude and wouldn't let me finish my sentences. I had called FedEx ahead of time and they said I could pick up the package if we had the same address (which we do). Instead of letting me explain the situation of my boyfriend who is at military training, and can't pick it up himself, I was supposed to pick up the package and was told I'd be able to by FedEx."

"This is a busy store. It's probably the cleanest Dollar General I have seen. A friend recommended it to us. We will be using this location again. The employees were very polite and helpful. Floors were clear of boxes. It's not very wheelchair friendly. It is not really accessible. But the automatic doors are a bonus."

"Staff are always friendly and helpful. Joseph and Daniel go above and beyond with each and every customer. I've noticed them come out from behind checkout or stop stocking/cleaning to walk a customer to an item(s) they are looking for. They have also helped me this way. It is so much more personable than pointing to an aisle number and sending the customer on there way. Kudos to these 2 young men for the excellent customer service they have!"

"Overall the nicely Stop store, clean which is a plus. Staff is friendly nice and helpful. However getting into the store parking lot is a bit of a challenge, as you have to navigate down the side road. Overall I would give this Dollar General 5 stars"
