Bojangles

"I ordered an online from this location to be delivered. When I got it I was missing half of my order, I called the store and they told me I had to contact DoorDash. I ordered directly off of the Bojangle’s app. I understand it went to a third party but doo dash said I had to contact the store. The person I spoke with was very rude and not concerned with me missing items. It’s very disappointing since I also work in the industry that someone would be so cold and just not care about the customer experience."

"Waited in line with 5 other people was told twice they would be right with me. The person before me got their meal . After 15 minutes, I walked out . Terrible service, no food. So did another lady behind me"

"After encountering a wide variety of Bojangles Restaurants, this has got to be one of the most pleasant place to eat at, with great biscuits and food. Come on over and see for yourself. Just don't take my word. I promise a great atmosphere."

"One of the worst Bojangles I have been too. I have gone consistently for a while because it is 5 min from my house. And believe it or not it always disappoints. I have almost never gotten a good order. Whether it be a missing item, chewy chicken or in seasoned fries. Just overall my least favorite Bojangles"

"Sometimes you just wanted to come in and enjoy your food right after you purchase it. The lady was very friendly who took our order. Dine in area was very dirty especially the tables. I was able to find one that wasn't so dirty but was sticky. It definitely was a turn off could not even finish eating my sandwich. Just thinking to myself how clean is the cooking area. I personally can't eat here again after today visit. I usually go through the drive thur but maybe that was a sign for me."
