"Ask for the NON-spicy queso. Even ask her to point out the spicy one because I did NOT want it, and the last time I was there, I was given spicy queso. I get to my destination and start eating....my mouth was immediately on fire. I couldn't even enjoy or eat my food. It was New Years Eve, and I was unable to take it back. Waste of money."
"Two Saturday nights in a row, there are only two people working behind the counter. The tall guy taking the orders is so slow and looks like he doesn't want to be there. I waited on line as long as I could, but eventually, I had to leave the line and go to Chapole. When I got to Chapole, they had four workers, and they moved the line with excellent customer service. They were out of cheese, and I didn't even care because they were so fast and friendly. Unfortunately, I have to go there from now on."
