"Ken was my agent and he was a nice guy also very helpful. After I get a quote and put a down payment couples hours later they send me my certificate with my new policy. The day before my policy starts i called my agent to check if they already filed the paperwork with the FMCSA. He told me not yet because after reviewing they increased my premium witch I do not accept and they send me a cancellation form. My point is not about the price increase they have the right to do it, if I want it I take it or go somewhere else. What hurts me the most is that they hold my down payment it's been almost a week they still did not refund my money. Anytime a contact them they told me the money will be in your bank account .
