"Had 2 3:00 appointments on back to back days. Work was started on time and completed within a good timeframe on both. They also did not try to upsell anything. I switched to Christian Brother's from another local chain because the new GM at the other place didn't seem to be very honest when dealing with my 70+ year old Mother. I wish we had switched long ago. Everyone is very pleasant to work with and take good care of you while waiting for services to be completed. Highly recommended!"

"Great place to go if you want to overpay for subpar service. Just expect that they will want to charge for every little thing no matter the necessity of repair. I’m sure they are good people that work here but this is not a place I will be going back to. Added Update: I was charged for “transmission testing” including a test drive. My vehicle was returned to me with the exact same milage, so I was charged for an extra service that was not done."

"We’ve taken our “new” used car here since we got it and have always had a good experience. Everyone is friendly and the lobby is welcoming and even has coffee and snacks if you have to wait. They email you a report stating everything they checked and label urgent items as such. There is no pressure to complete any of the work they suggest and they will happily give you price estimates and honest answers to your questions. They also have a shuttle that will take you where you need to while your car is getting work done. Highly recommend!"
