"I've came to this place a few times, the customer service is great. But you guys needed to be better with diagnostic skills. The first disappointed was my prius ABS problem, they turned me away and told me to take the car to the dealership to get it fix. The dealership charge too much so my friend and I fixed it ourselves and save money. The second time, on a different car. i towed the car over to get it fix, they replaced the brake booster and master cylinder and didn't fix the problem. They called and apologize. They didn't charge me to labor but I've paid for the parts and it cost me estimated of $700 (250$ for the tire, $450 for parts). I towed the car to the dealership once more, they charge me another $250 for diagnostic and wanted to charged me $2000 for replace ABS. I towed the car back and fixed it myself again then took the car to another mechanic and paid him to use his OBD machine to program the ABS module myself. This place is a decent mechanic, at least i don't feel that they taking advantage of women but your diagnostic skill is sucks. If you guys diagnosed it right in the first place, i would've save $450 for parts and 250 diagnostic that the dealership charged me. Time and money from towing the car around. If i can do it, you guys have no excuses to turn away business or not knowing how to fix it. I've learned how to fix my own cars now, since you guys turned my business away."
