"Kirby was amazing in every aspect. So much so we ended up buying two cars from him. I won't call him a salesman as he wasn't pushy or constantly trying to upsell. He listened to our needs and worked with us to make our buying experience painless. Everyone was awesome including the managers and Darrion in finance. He really helped us out in getting our warranty and patiently explaining every option. Also, the entire dealership strongly supports veterans in a way you just don't see anymore."
"I scheduled for service to have a recall attended to in addition to some pricing. Scheduling was great with a confirmation via text immediately afterward. I dropped my vehicle off the evening before the service was to be completed. The service guy who assisted me was great. The day of the service we were supposed to receive a call from Nathan for an update. We did not receive a call. We called him and he said that he had been busy, but went on to explain the pricing of the requested services. He then said that our vehicle would be done by noon. We heard nothing from Nathan. It was 3:00pm. I went to Johnson Hyundai. There was a service guy to assist me. I explained the situation. He checked on my vehicle and informed Nathan that I was there to pick up my vehicle. Nathan finally came around after about 10-15 minutes. I was first in line. He attended to 2 other customers behind me. He made NO eye contact. He did not explain what happened, however his coworker did. I asked Nathan for the summary from putting my vehicle on the diagnostic machine. He said that he couldn’t as he had already closed out my ticket, but he would write it on my receipt. He missed writing several items that he initially said was on the summary. Finally he decided to walk me out to my vehicle, still no eye contact. We get outside of the building, he pushes the fob button…nothing. He turns to me and asks me what color is my vehicle. I told him black. My vehicle was STILL inside the garage/bay. This was the WORST service EVER. The exceptions were the 2 gentlemen who assisted me when dropping my vehicle off and assisting me when Nathan was nowhere to do his job."
"Teresa at the front door was very helpful. She was helping the service dept. along with greeting & directing customers, answering calls. Very valuable lady. I was disappointed that service dept. didn’t put seat or floor covers in my new vehicle."

Martin the salesperson kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my order and explained the process very clearly. The. At was delivered as promised and the closing experience was very pleasant. I was offered a few add-on services like warranties as I would expect but never felt that there was any pressure or hard selling on those. I fully expect to return here for service and for a future purchase."
"A wiring harness had to be replaced because U-Haul damaged it while they were installing a trailer hitch. Both Matt the service manager and Patrick the technician were fantastic to work with. This was important because I needed to document everything for U-Haul to get paid from their insurance company. They kept me up to speed with looking at the damage and taking pictures that I needed for the records. I’m glad this is my local dealership In my area as I liked working with them. I also had the pleasure of meeting Zach in parts and found him to be quite knowledgeable and easy to converse with. I was going to have Hyundai install the hitch but at almost double the price it wasn’t an option. I will be back whenever my car needs service or repair."
