"The worst insurance company! Unorganized, unresponsive and untruthful. I've been insured with them since 2019 and just renewed..no accidents or tickets and they increased my payment by $121. Attempting to cancel and go with Allstate, I keep getting the run around on the letter of experience. They're constantly telling me that they sent documents but have failed to do so in an attempt to prolong my policy with them. It has taken days to get in touch with them on the phone..God forbid if I was in an accident. DO NOT USE Direct Auto insurance!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. GO WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY."
