"Eric and all the O’Reilly staff were awesome this morning! My wiper blade on my jeep tore apart and called on my way there to confirm they had the right ones for my jeep and Eric confirmed they did! When I arrived they had them ready and Eric was nice enough to install them for me!! Y’all are awesome and thanks again so much!!"

"The staff there is always on point and tell you about your car and what stuff needs to go in your truck or car they will be very honest about it. Hands down best service in town."

"So I had to run get something from the parts store from my daughter. I always, always go to Advance Auto. Was short on time and I noticed Advances parking lot was full and #orileys Reynolda Rd. parking lot was completely empty. I zipped in there thinking I could be in and out. A very nice elderly man greeted me and I grabbed what I need and he ask if I was ready. He stepped in the back and said needed someone on the register. This young guy came out staring down the elderly guy with this who do you think you are disturbing me to wait on a customer. He walked up to the register, never once spoke and stuck the receipt in the bag and walked away. No wonder O’Rileys on Reynolda Rd has an empty parking lot and not a single customer in the store. I’ll stick with Advance Auto no matter how full the parking lot is. I took the time to stop and shake the older gentleman’s hand and thanked him for at least greeting me. "Had a jump box go bad within the year warranty period! Did not have receipt. Purchased at another store on our commercial account by a coworker. I brought it in at about 10:30 am on July 12th. Kristina was the only one in the store. There were 2 other customers behind me and the store phone was ringing back to back. She handled my transaction and the commercial calls expeditiously and in a friendly manner. My jump box was taken care of and she got one there at 1oclock. She was previously at the university location. Even though Reynolda is a little further her attitude, skill and professionalism is worth the drive!"

"So to be honest there are a couple of employees at this location that are a little unreliable. The company I work for uses a lot of fluids and tools and for the most part we have all together stopped using other parts houses due to the fact that 1) O'Reilly for the most part is cheaper on these things. 2) as a customer they make us feel wanted by quick delivery and attentive service. Now we used to shop the university location but then the customer service aspect dropped in quality. I found out why. Christina was at the university location when we shopped there and now she is at reynolda. If she leaves my business will go with her period. She is the single reason that we shop there. O'Reilly do yourself a favor and keep that one."
