Quality Inn

"I suppose I could call this place the first actual "hotel" which I stayed at all on my own. It was a great place to be, for a short while. Not perfect; but certainly great. My room number was one of the lucky numbers in my life. Plus, had almost complete control over everything within the room... Apart from the lockable safe, and either the shower or the toilet. At least one of them had a leak which I could not stop on my own. As for the safe itself, the lady at quality Inn's front desk warned me which the men who were supposed to be responsible for fixing up the safe did not do a very good job on it, apparently. Since I was not at the hotel during this time, I am sure who the maintenance team was. No, the hotel staff itself, it's not perfect either. However, if a person in a certain room is being too loud, they will call up the individual and advise them to "tone it down". I consider this to be A GOOD THING! Because, this means, if I would have heard people in a different room, who were being, say... Overly raunchy, then I could also have put in a noise ordinance complaint. Not bad for a hotel!"

"This is motel like, so you access the rooms from outside. However, once inside it's very pleasant. You have a desk and office chair, comfortable. There is an upholstered chair also. The tv is fairly big, maybe 50 inches, however not capable of connecting by bluetooth, there are the usual channels. The sheets were very soft and the mattress was supportive, a bit on the soft side, comfortable. The sink is in an alcove like area and the toilet and shower are behind the door. Good water pressure. The closet is relatively large and there is a safety box. For the price it's a very good value. I believe there is breakfast but we chose to go to the town. It's a mile from the hotel to the town. You could walk it although there is a good amount of traffic. The weather was super cold so we didn't try. It's the second time we stay here and we'll probably be back."

"This is an older hotel and the price was pretty good. The staff here is really friendly. I would say the rooms were very clean and the bathroom was nice but my room had a real pungent smell of wet damp clothes and cigarettes, like in the walls. I woke up with a bunch of bug bites, I’m not sure I have bites all over and itching pretty bad. It gets worse the next day."
