"I have lived here as a teenager and those were the best two years of my life. They taught me so so many important lessons but really how to live. To live without the drugs! All the staff led by example, so I went from this troubled kid, to literally the best version of myself. Thankfully this is a Christian group home. I definitely formed a strong relationship with Jesus & he worked and still works many miracles in my life. I wanna go back not to change things but to relive those precious moments!"
"Staff blow alot of situations outta probortion and they hardly listen to the kid or at least that was the issue i had and there were only a few decent staff."
"Great loving staff who always put the children's best interest first. Always striving to push kids to succeed at all cost. Very well structured and suit the needs for all children in need. Not a place to house kids, but a home for children to teach them, love them and lead them for a brighter future."
"A lot better now thar earl and Renee are out of there. Back in the day when I was there I was the only person who wasn't in state custody and was the longest staying person there at that time. I know that Earl and Renee did a lot for phfc in terms of the houses which weren't finished when I graduated but I honestly thought for a pastor and lawyer that they were also kind of bullies to the kids there. I'm not sure about after I left but the two years that I dealt with them that was my experience and people that I know currently from that time still feel that way also"
"Pray you don’t get hit by one of their vehicles because the insurance company they have (Markel) is the absolute worse company to deal with!! It has been a nightmare to deal with them. The drivers were extremely nice and I did not have any issue from the employees of the facility just their insurance."
