"I booked the hotel for the wrong night and noticed it and went ahead and canceled it just to go ahead and rebook it for the correct date. I could’ve went to another hotel but I decided to stay there instead because of the good price whenever I talk to them and told them what happened with the wrong date situation They pretty much said they could not help me since they have a very strict cancellation policy I understand that, but the thing is I still book with them for the day before I could’ve went somewhere else, but didn’t because I thought they would actually help me out with the wrong dates but next time I will definitely pay a little bit more money to get a better hotel cleaner, and better customer service."

"Sketchy area of Raleigh. Shares a parking lot with a gas station and a backyard with a homeless encampment. Front doors are locked, you have to be buzzed in. Privacy glass at check in. Dirty rooms, nasty mirrors and floors . No soundproofing, you can hear everything going on in the hallways and adjacent rooms. Totally unsafe vibe. Left 2 hours after checking in, couldn't even bear one night. It may be cheap but don't waste your money here it's not even worth $70. Stay somewhere safe."

"I do not recommend, my friend and I stayed here and the location was terrible. They are located directly in back of a gas station, the gas station has a lot of heavy traffic, suspicious people loitering all hours of the day and night. People came up to my car begging for money. The front desk lady and front desk guy very rude. Our toilet was clogged upon arrival, called down to express concern and was greeted with distain, they sent a maintenance guy, he fixed it, we thanked him and he proceeded to leave without saying a word. I went to take a shower and there was a roach crawling around in the tub. I called down for help no one ever came. My friend had a roach crawling on her pillow! I was very disappointed with the front desk staff and that roaches were visible and roaming around."
