"Firstly, I did get my passport within the timeframe BUT there is a few things I think many should know prior to going through the process so that it works correctly. I noticed on their website they really aren't clear about many vital information people should know about so I want to go over it to save the next person some time. First issue: The (6weeks option is what I chose) the "clock" does not begin until THEY receive your passport and process it. NOT when you send it off to them. So I would like to point out that if you send all the correct documentation/payment, it's better to expect the passport to be 7weeks if you chose 6 (to be on the safe side). Second issue: I read the papers carefully (or so I thought) and provided them with the payment the papers told me to provide. I then got a call when they received my documents and they told me that I owed a government fee for the passport (I told them I did and they said "no you only paid for our services, not the gov fee for the passport). I was annoyed but accepted the mistake and was ready to pay $110 (normal passport fee). They had me pay $180 over the phone instead. (this hold up also added to that 6weeks I told you about earlier). Third issue: Do NOT expect the tracking to work correctly. I received my passport and both the government site and my tracker still says processing. I also received an email a week ago saying that I would receive a final email that would mean my passport would get to me 3-5 days. I never received an email so of course I panicked, canceled/rescheduled my flight which cost me $300 extra to do. And of course, I now have my passport in hand but was never sent that last email. All in all, IF you are made aware of these things prior and add the government fee to your package a long with their fee. I would recommend this service. YES they suck at informing you when your passport will arrive and it causes a whoooooole lot of stress. But by the end of the day, I received my passport within 5 whole weeks instead of 6 for using this service. I only wish I was notified of it coming my way so I wouldn't have rescheduled my trip. I really hope this helps anyone wanting to do this service. Please please please double check your info, send in the correct TWO checks, so that you won't have any delay."
