"The wait was extremely long but I appreciate this location taking walks in! Be prepared or else you’ll be turned around in line, forgot a document and had to fill it out which took 2 mins then waited in line for 40 more minutes which was terrible. The black man in the front desk, not sure his name was incredibly rude to an Indian family having trouble understanding him, such a shame his big ego came out. He was also really snappy with others which was not needed, everyone’s stressed out!"

She doubled checked our application, made sure our pictures were the right size, assisted us in getting our money orders and ensured all my documents were mailed out correctly."

"My appointment in chapel Hill Post office was cancelled and I was told to walk in to this location. There were 8 people in front of me and a few appointments in the middle , but the line was moving quickly enough and agent was really moving efficiently. We got our work done in approximately 2 hrs. Overall this location is very convenient as they accept walk ins and fast enough."
